Personal Training sessions are designed with the goals and fitness level of the client in mind and will differ for each person.  Proper form and technique is emphasized to maintain a safe and productive session.  With one-on-one instruction, clients feel more confident with the exercises, which facilitates a space for them to safely and successfully achieve their goals.

 

One hour session $95

6-pack one hour sessions $540

12-pack one hour sessions $1020

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small group training is a great choice for 2-3 people who are interested in reaching similar training goals.  These sessions are designed for each client to perform the same exercises in a small group, while still benefiting from closer one-on-one instruction.  This small group facilitates motivation and adds enjoyment to each session.

 

One hour session $50/person

12-pack one hour sessions $540/person
