Small Group Classes
Small group classes are a great option for people who do not require as much concentrated attention and/or enjoy working out in a group.
Full Body and Cardio/Core classes are set up as a circuit, in which clients perform a variety of challenging exercises for a designated amount of time as they rotate through each station. Flexibility, strength and cardiovascular training are the focus of those small group classes.
Mat Pilates classes include exercises focusing on mind-body awareness to enhance core strength, flexibility and alignment applying the STOTT PILATES Method. This type of exercise is a great way to complete your comprehensive workout program.

TUESDAY: 7:15pm 30 min Cardio/Core
THURSDAY: 5pm Full Body
FRIDAY: 6am and 10:30am Full Body
